To personalize and enhance your browsing and shopping experience, we use a feature on your Internet browser called a “cookie.” Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. The unique user ID contained within your cookie automatically identifies your computer—but not you—to our servers every time you visit our website. Cookies allow the website to remember important information that will make your use of the website more convenient. Like most websites, Udelivermedical.com uses cookies for a variety of purposes to improve a visitor’s online experience. For example, we will track the total number of visitors to this website on an anonymous aggregate basis. We may also employ cookies so that we remember you when you return to the website and to help customize your online experience through functions of this website. In such circumstances, we may associate personal information with a cookie.

Use the options in your web browser if you do not wish to receive a cookie or if you wish to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Click on the “Help” section of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. If you disable all cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all the features of this website. Current versions of many Web browsers offer enhanced user controls for the placement and duration of cookies. Search for “cookies” under your Web Browser’s Help Menu for more information on the cookie management features available to you.

We may use cookie and IP address information to count and track website visits in the aggregate, to personalize our website(s) for each unique user, to control the frequency of individual advertisements to individual computers, and to target advertisements and promotions to broad demographic segments. We may also use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.

From time to time we contract with third party companies to help us better provide relevant products, services and information to you and to help us effectively measure advertising effectiveness. Some of these companies use cookies and/or Web beacons (also known as action tags or single pixel gifs). A Web beacon is a transparent image that has been placed on a Web page and sends a signal when a user has visited that page. A Web beacon does not contain any personal information. No information that is personally identifiable to you is transmitted to the third party using the Web beacon. The third party is required to protect the privacy of the information it receives using Web beacons or cookies and is not allowed to use the information it receives for any purpose beyond what is necessary to assist us. In addition, we may use Web beacons in connection with the e-mails we send to our customers, to determine whether and when the images in our e-mail were rendered (which allows us to determine whether the e-mail was opened). This information may then be aggregated and used to assess the effectiveness of our e-mail communications.

We may also collect information using “pixel tags” included in e-mail messages we could send to you. Pixel tags are tiny graphic files, not visible to the human eye, that are included in HTML-encoded email messages. When such a message is opened in an HTML-capable email program, the recipient’s computer will access our server to retrieve the pixel tag file, allowing us to record and store, along with the recipient’s email address, the date and time the recipient viewed the email message, the fact that the recipient’s e-mail program can receive HTML-encoded email, and other standard logging information. The pixel tag also may see or read cookies.

Your privacy is very important to us. Be assured that, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or distribute our customer list to third parties. You should be aware, however, that unscrupulous marketers can sometimes “harvest” your e-mail address directly from your computer or another person’s address book or even obtain your e-mail address through programs that automatically search Web pages and e-mail traffic for e-mail addresses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our website(s) may contain links to and from other sites operated and maintained by separate companies. We have no responsibility for linked websites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information for our visitors. The privacy policies of these sites may differ from our Privacy Policy, so you should always review the privacy statement of each linked website you visit.

We may also disclose non-personal information to third parties for the purpose of accounting and record keeping. We may also disclose aggregate user data or non-personal information to describe our services to prospective business partners, advertisers, and others, but will do so only in a form that does not identify individual users.

We may disclose personal information when we deem necessary or appropriate to law enforcement or other entities or third parties as required by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud, identity theft, or otherwise to comply with the law or legal process, to respond to claims, to protect our systems and customers, to ensure the integrity and operation of our business and systems, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of U Deliver Medical and its employees or others.

By using our website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. As stated above, we reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Unless we clearly state otherwise, the changes to our Privacy Policy will affect only the information we collect after the effective date of the change.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2018. U Deliver Medical reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at anytime. Please check here periodically for the most up-to-date version of our privacy policy. Rest assured, however, that any changes will not be retroactively applied and will not alter how we handle previously collected information. Should you have other questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please send us an e-mail at info@udelivermedical.com.
